The recipe is Chicken Mushrooms Parmesan with Orzo. Thank you so much, Pam for posting this recipe. It is now one of my all time favorite recipes. Everyone that knows me knows that I love pasta, and one of my favorite pastas is orzo. I never get to make it that much, because I can't find a lot of orzo recipes. It is the perfect combination of flavor and texture. So without further adieu, here is the link to my new favorite recipe!!!

Never tried Orzo in anything.....rather strange actually...I've eaten just about everything but never orzo...and never couscous...hmm...I must venture out!

That sounds delicious!! My mom is a big fan of orzos - she likes to saute them with onions and mushrooms as a side dish.
